Es classifiquen en 3 tipus. S&#8217;han de corroborar amb proves.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Grau 1 \u00e9s el grau que nom\u00e9s hi ha distensi\u00f3 de lligaments amb poca inflamaci\u00f3 o vermellesa i amb lleu dolor<\/strong>, per no dir nul\u00b7la inflamaci\u00f3 o vermellesa en principi, cursa amb impot\u00e8ncia funcional lleu \u201c\u00e9s a dir fa mal en caminar, per\u00f2 pots caminar\u201d. Hi ha casos que, corroborant-ho amb proves complement\u00e0ries, no t\u00e9 inflamaci\u00f3 ni vermellesa, per\u00f2 en tenir molt de dolor i impot\u00e8ncia funcional, m\u00e9s la prova complement\u00e0ria \u00e9s un grau 2.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Grau 2 \u00e9s microruptura parcial de lligaments,<\/strong> cursa amb dolor intermedi tirant a sever amb una impot\u00e8ncia funcional important \u201c\u00e9s a dir amb incapacitat gaireb\u00e9 complet de recolzar aquest peu en caminar\u201d, amb una gran inflamaci\u00f3 i vermellesa en la zona de l&#8217;esquin\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Grau 3 \u00e9s microruptura completa de lligaments,<\/strong> cursa amb dolor sever impot\u00e8ncia funcional sense poder caminar i amb molta inflamaci\u00f3 i vermellesa.<\/p>\n<p>El gran oblidat, la <strong>sindesmosi*<\/strong> (\u00e9s la membrana entre t\u00edbia i peron\u00e9) que sol veure&#8217;s afectada en els esquin\u00e7os de torsi\u00f3 i fan que s&#8217;endarreri la recuperaci\u00f3 en un Grau 1, d&#8217;1 a 3 setmanes per entrar en competici\u00f3 a poder retardar-lo m\u00e9s d&#8217;un mes i que cursi amb dolor fins als 2 mesos i mig, encara que pugui entrar a competici\u00f3 amb <strong>embenat<\/strong>.
