Aquest dolor pot desapar\u00e8ixer de sobte o passar a cr\u00f2nic.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cr\u00f2nica: <\/strong>ocorre quan el dolor roman en el temps i dura <strong>m\u00e9s de 3 mesos<\/strong> i fins i tot anys. El dolor sol ser moderat i persistent, amb limitaci\u00f3 moderada de la mobilitat del coll.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>POSTRAUM\u00c0TICA (llantada cervical): <\/strong>Normalment provocada per una <strong>flexi\u00f3 i extensi\u00f3 brusca del coll<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 provoca una tensi\u00f3 excessiva que es genera a tota la zona cervical i els m\u00fasculs del coll que desencadena forts dolors al coll, espatlles i cap i poden estendre&#8217;s a tota la columna vertebral i EESS.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Per un accident de tr\u00e0nsit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Per esports de contacte<\/strong>: (rugbi, futbol americ\u00e0; etc).
