Poden existir els tipus seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tendinitis del supraespin\u00f3s: <\/strong>quan hi ha una inflamaci\u00f3 del tend\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tendinosi: <\/strong>degeneraci\u00f3 del tend\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tendinitis calcificant: <\/strong>trobem un c\u00famul de calci al tend\u00f3. Forma part del conjunt muscular del <strong><em>\u201cmaneguet dels rotadors\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. Cal <strong>entrenar progressivament:<\/strong> augmentar la c\u00e0rrega progressivament.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evitar el sedentarisme: <\/strong>Millorar la for\u00e7a dels m\u00fasculs que estabilitzen l&#8217;espatlla.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comen\u00e7ar un esport de manera progressiva: <\/strong>en iniciar una activitat f\u00edsica hem de tenir una musculatura forta i balancejada. La millor prevenci\u00f3 de lesions \u00e9s millorar la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evitar moviments repetitius o postures mantingudes per sobre de l&#8217;espatlla: <\/strong>Si sobresol\u00b7licitem el tend\u00f3 del supraespin\u00f3s realitzant el mateix moviment repetides vegades, si l&#8217;estirem massa o mantenim una mala postura i no treballem adequadament la nostra musculatura, es crea un exc\u00e9s de c\u00e0rrega que el tend\u00f3 no \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de suportar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong><u>S\u00cdMPTOMES:<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>DOLOR: <\/strong>\u00e9s el s\u00edmptoma m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent. Es refereix a la <strong>zona lateral i anterior de l&#8217;espatlla arribant fins al colze<\/strong>. El test del supraespin\u00f3s \u00e9s el seg\u00fcent:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>TEST DE JOBE: el test \u00e9s positiu si hi ha dolor o p\u00e8rdua muscular.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong><u>EL TRACTAMENT DE FISIOTER\u00c0PIA<\/u><\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Treball espec\u00edfic: <\/strong>treballar la zona de dolor i el m\u00fascul afectat<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fisiobalance.cat\/puncion-seca\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Punci\u00f3 seca<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Exercicis funcionals<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CbGWWFhMHl0\/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=\"><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Refor\u00e7 muscular.<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Estiraments espec\u00edfics.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Treball global: <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Evitar durant un temps els moviments repetitius que han desencadenat el problema.<\/li>\n<li>Treballar a nivell global tot l&#8217;entorn escapolotor\u00e0cic; \u00e9s a dir, sempre que trobem un problema del supraespin\u00f3s aquest engloba no nom\u00e9s l&#8217;articulaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;espatlla, sin\u00f3 altres articulacions adjacents.<\/li>\n<li>Exercicis de la musculatura estabilitzadora escapular i d&#8217;espatlla.<\/li>\n<li>Guanyar mobilitat de l&#8217;espatlla i esc\u00e0pula<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>QU\u00c8 \u00c9S UNA TENDINOPATIA?
