Hi ha molts tipus de cefalees per\u00f2 la m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent \u00e9s la <strong>cefalea tensional<\/strong>. Aquesta \u00e9s causada per <strong>tensi\u00f3 muscular<\/strong> i est\u00e0 molt relacionada amb la cervic\u00e0lgia o dolor cervical.<\/p>\n<p>Molts problemes de cefalees tenen <strong>origen miofascial<\/strong> de la regi\u00f3 cervical, ja que alguns m\u00fasculs de la zona provoquen dolor referit al crani.<\/p>\n<h2>Els principals m\u00fasculs que poden provocar cefalees:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Suboccipitals<\/strong>: la tensi\u00f3 en aquests m\u00fasculs pot provocar dolor a la zona lateral del crani, ull i front.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Esternoclidomasto\u00efdal<\/strong>: pot provocar dolor darrere del cap, al front, zona de l&#8217;o\u00efda i templa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trapezi<\/strong>: Pot provocar
