La posici\u00f3 de genolls amb suport a una fitball, cadira o objecte similar ofereix estabilitat i comoditat durant la realitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;exercici.<\/p>\n<p>Per dur-ho a terme de manera correcta, \u00e9s essencial seguir aquests passos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Col\u00b7loca&#8217;t en posici\u00f3 de genolls, recolzant els teus avantbra\u00e7os a la fitball o cadira davant teu per mantenir l&#8217;equilibri.<\/li>\n<li>Mantingues l&#8217;esquena recta i els genolls junts.<\/li>\n<li>Inicia el moviment movent la part baixa de les cames cap a fora i cap a dins, mantenint un ritme lent i controlat.<\/li>\n<li>Concentra&#8217;t en la respiraci\u00f3, inhalant profundament mentre separes les cames i exhalant lentament mentre les apropes.<\/li>\n<li>Repeteix el moviment durant diversos minuts, mantenint la concentraci\u00f3 a la zona p\u00e8lvica i la respiraci\u00f3 controlada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Abans d&#8217;executar l&#8217;exercici, assegureu-vos d&#8217;haver fet una ullada al v\u00eddeo que et compartim anteriorment.
