PROGRESSI\u00d3<\/h2>\n<p>Poden realitzar-se en qualsevol postura <strong>(asseguda, de peu, tombada)<\/strong> encara que al principi resulta m\u00e9s senzill la seva pr\u00e0ctica tombada, amb els genolls flexionats i els peus recolzats a terra.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Asseguda o tombada amb les cuixes, glutis i abdomen relaxats<\/li>\n<li>Contraem els m\u00fasculs que envolten la vagina i l&#8217;anus (esf\u00ednter anal) cap amunt evitant pr\u00e9mer els glutis<\/li>\n<li>El relaxem.
