etapa de nuestra vida.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Este proceso comportar\u00e1 cambios hormonales, posturales a nivel del aparato locomotor, sistema cardiovascular, digestivo etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El cuerpo debe adaptarse a todos estos cambios y en FisioBalance te proporcionamos todas las herramientas para llevarlo de un modo \u00f3ptimo y de manera saludable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la primera visita la fisioterapeuta <em><strong>especialista en el suelo p\u00e9lvico<\/strong> <\/em>te realizar\u00e1 una evaluaci\u00f3n y te marcar\u00e1 el plan a seguir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valoraci\u00f3n del <em><strong>suelo p\u00e9lvico<\/strong><\/em>: musculatura del perin\u00e9 y su entorno.<\/li>\n<li>Valoraci\u00f3n de la esfera abdomino-p\u00e9lvica.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Postura<\/strong><\/em> en est\u00e1tico y din\u00e1mico.<\/li>\n<li>Valoraci\u00f3n de la existencia o no de <strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><a style=\"color: #33cccc;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fisiobalance.cat\/sabes-que-es-la-diastasis-abdominal\/\"><em>di\u00e1stasis abdominal<\/em> <\/a><\/span><\/strong>y su grado.<\/li>\n<li>Tratamiento imprescindible el <em><strong>entrenamiento espec\u00edfico<\/strong><\/em> llevado a cabo por una fisioterapeuta especialista en suelo p\u00e9lvico.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo es conocer y valorar tu estado inicial y preparar los tejidos corporales y tu cuerpo para estadios m\u00e1s avanzados: <strong>Entrenamiento Grupal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El <em><strong>trabajo interdisciplinar<\/strong>
