Se clasifican en 3 tipos. \u00a0Se deben corroborar con pruebas<\/p>\n<p>El Grado 1 es el grado que solo hay distensi\u00f3n de ligamentos poca inflamaci\u00f3n o rojez y con leve dolor, por no decir nula inflamaci\u00f3n o rojez en principio, cursa con impotencia funcional leve \u201ces decir duele al caminar, pero puedes caminar\u201d. Hay casos que, corrobor\u00e1ndolo con pruebas complementarias, no tiene inflamaci\u00f3n ni rojez, pero al tener mucho dolor e impotencia funcional, m\u00e1s la prueba complementaria es un grado 2.<\/p>\n<p>El<strong> Grado 2 es microruptura parcial de ligamentos,<\/strong> cursa con dolor intermedio tirando a severo con una impotencia funcional importante \u201ces decir con incapacidad casi completo de apoyar ese pie al caminar\u201d, con una gran inflamaci\u00f3n y rojez en la zona del esguince.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>grado 3 es microruptura completa de ligamentos,<\/strong> cursa con dolor severo impotencia funcional sin poder caminar y con mucha inflamaci\u00f3n y rojez.<\/p>\n<p>El gran olvidado la <strong>sindesmosis*<\/strong> (es la membrana entre tibia y peron\u00e9) que suele verse afectada en los esguinces de torsi\u00f3n y hacen que se retrase la recuperaci\u00f3n en un grado 1, de 1 a 3 semanas para entrar en competici\u00f3n a poder retrasarlo m\u00e1s de un mes y que curse con dolor hasta los 2 meses y medio, aunque pueda entrar a competici\u00f3n con <strong>vendaje<\/strong>.
